Prabisha Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented AI / ML Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent algorithms and machine learning models that drive AI-powered digital growth solutions for our clients across global markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions, enhancing our proprietary platform features and client deliverables.
As an AI / ML Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of machine learning development, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and production deployment. You will stay at the forefront of emerging artificial intelligence trends, experimenting with novel frameworks and optimising existing systems for high performance, accuracy, and reliability.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and Pandas
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, feature engineering, and statistical analysis techniques
Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI frameworks is highly desirable
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
