WHAT YOU’LL DO

Call potential business clients using daily lead data

Identify companies that are hiring and are looking for IT/Digital Marketing/HR Solutions

Connect with HR / key decision-makers

Fix & coordinate meetings with interested clients

Help in research to generate quality B2B leads & opportunities

DAILY TARGETS

20–30 Calls/Day

Minimum 3-4 Meetings/Day

✔️ Fresher / 0–2 years’ experience

✔️ Good communication & convincing skills

✔️ Confident on calls

✔️ Laptop + Wi-Fi mandatory

✔️ Comfortable with daily calling targets

✔️ Self-motivated & disciplined for WFH

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Location: Work From Home

Fixed Salary + High Incentives

Fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development
Exceptional communication, active listening, and convincing skills over the phone
Ability to hit daily targets of 20–30 calls and schedule 3–4 qualified client meetings
Proactive mindset with the ability to research and identify quality B2B lead opportunities
Must own a functional laptop and a stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection
Strong self-discipline and time management skills required for working from home
