What you'll do

• Build and improve Power BI dashboards for listings, traffic, user activity, leads, partnerships and campaigns.
• Support CRM setup, data clean-up, workflow automation and reporting.
• Help define and document key product and business metrics.
• Create simple data models, reports, visualisations and operational dashboards.
• Support data validation, duplicate checks, listing-quality analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and partnership teams to turn questions into useful reports.
• Assist in improving user and business-owner workflows across Bengaluru Connect.

• Are comfortable learning tools fast.

Nice to have

• SQL, Python, JavaScript, APIs, database basics or no-code automation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics events or digital-product workflows.
• A dashboard, GitHub project, coursework or portfolio you can share.
