Remote Dental Patient Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Remote Dental Patient Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing health-tech platform. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between patients and our network of dental professionals, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and informative experience from initial consultation through treatment completion. You will handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and walk patients through their proposed treatment plans with clarity and care.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in patient education, helping individuals understand their oral health options, financial plans, and insurance coverage. Working remotely, you will manage digital communications, follow up on leads, and coordinate with clinic teams to maintain high patient satisfaction and optimal treatment acceptance rates.

Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or Treatment Coordinator

Demonstrated ability to explain complex treatment plans and financial options to patients empathetically
Proficiency with dental practice management software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail in a remote work environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup suitable for patient calls
