    Important Information

    • Confidentiality: Complaints are handled confidentially and shared only with personnel involved in resolving them.
    • IP notices: Copyright and trademark complaints must include a declaration that you own the rights concerned or are authorised to act for the owner.
    • Court & government orders: Content that is the subject of a court order or a direction from an authorised government agency is actioned on the timelines specified in that order.
    • Legal rights: Filing a grievance does not waive any legal rights you may have.
